This essence opens the heart to the inner state of grace called Serenity. It helps higher communication to flow, bringing you towards a state of Inner Peace. It also enhances the qualities of any other essences used due to helping to create stillness within.

When you attain serenity, you experience an inner state of grace that allows higher communication to enter you in either a flood or a flow, but either way it is gentle.

Attaining the inner state of serenity is traditionally achieved as the heart enters the advanced stages of enlightenment. The heart can hold you in such a place as serenity even if you are standing in a crowd of troubled people or events.

The essence of Serenity can help to open the heart to this inner state of grace, the state of serenity, where you become open to receive on many levels, but also open to be just empty and in a place that experiences inner joy as well as inner peace.

In terms of the evolutionary process of this essence, it tends to bathe the heart with joy and as the heart experiences the joy, it has the opportunity to enter the state of grace known as serenity.

Serenity is more than just inner peace. It is a deeper state altogether but for most users of this essence who have not yet attained a fair measure of the enlightened heart, it will first attempt to bring you to inner peace and then try to take you to the next deeper level of serenity.
